"We recently had our furnace and air conditioner installed and I just want to say from the sales person to the installers it was an absolute pleasure doing business with your company. We got a system that is perfect and keeps the air completely balanced from basement to second level in our home as we have had the opportunity to try both the airconditioning and furnace; to the installers who worked so tirelessly to install our units for us. They were friendly, meticulous and did a fantastic job. They removed our old system and they cleaned up after themselves that it seemed like our system just appeared out of thin air! They tested the system and gave us instruction on proper care and maintenance and showed us all the workings, even though they said we would probably never need to touch any of that. I really appreciate the time they took and the excellent job that everyone had done. This was our first system that we have had to purchase and I must say we are beyond pleased. From beginning to end we were very well taken care of. I just can not say enough good and we will return to purchase products in the future!
